Ability to Send External Forms

Forms are well-designed and useful for internal updates but would have the best use if we could send them externally. We frequently need partners to update their information and are currently having to do this through a separate survey tool and Zapier.

  To piggy back, I'd like to send that form from Totango, and have the responses update a user/account level attribute.  this helps to drive automation.
  
  For example, I send a form confirming that they are the correct renewal contact. 
   - They click yes -> Account Level attribute = Renewal Contact gets updated with their Name/Email
   - They click no -> Give them the ability to insert name which updates that field

  We have more than a few forms that we essentially update on behalf of our clients. It'd be awesome to be able to send to them direct!
