Currently, we have unique roles working within Totango and associated with accounts. The unique roles are assigned different tasks on an account. Currently, task reporting is limited to the account vs unique role on the account. As a result, in Scorecards for Open/Overdue tasks, if one role (ex. Renewals Manager) has an overdue task, the CSM for that account also sees an Overdue Task in their scorecard; however it's not assigned to them. We need more advanced capabilities to report based on task role assignment vs open/overdue at the account for teams with multiple roles working various tasks in the system.
In addition, a huge enhancement would be the ability to auto-reassign open/overdue tasks based on pre-defined rules (ex. If Success Manager is reassigned, reassigned open task to current CSM)
