Create Folders when saving Segments

I'd like to be able to create a subfolder in a SuccessBlock when saving a Segment.  There are times I'm doing work and want to create a subfolder for the work I'm doing, but it's a pain to have to create the subfolder first.  

The ideal workflow would be able to have a + that'd allow me to add a folder.
