We have a ton of dashboards we've built for CSMs that they can filter for their own name and see metrics linked to their accounts. We've just recently rolled out CSAT and the only way to see CSAT data linked to accounts is to use a User Segment, which unfortunately does not allow for auto-filtering within dashboards as of today -- instead it shows all results, regardless of the CSM being filtered on the dashboard. This is a big flaw in our ability to easily showcase to our CSMs the CSAT data linked solely to their accounts and as a result requires us to send them to entirely separate area outside of their dashboard to see CSAT data. I'd ask that the ability to auto-filter User Segments for the user being filtered on a scorecard/dashboard be prioritized, otherwise it severely diminishes the value of how we can report out CSAT to our CSMs.
