I would like to be able to create CSPs into Totango with Measurable Outcomes associated.
This is how I'm generally managing my CSPs:
- Level 1= Strategic Customer Objective: each objective need to come from Customer.
- Level 2= Initiative: Each initiative should have a measurable customer outcome and has to be associated with one of the following section: “Custom Activity for Free”, “Consulting Activity with Credits”, or “Standard Activity”. In case of a consulting activity, the CSM has to enter the number of credits required. Additionally, a "MyCompany" Adoption Metric have to be associated to each initiative (e.g.: +500 "MyCompany" users). Each initiative should also have a single "MyCompany" owner and a single customer owner.
- Level 3= Task: each task has a deadline and is assigned to 1 person. You need to have a possibility to add measurable outcomes to a task, which will then be reflected at "Initiative" Level.
We currently have the possibility to reflect the 3 Levels of my CSP into Totango. However, there is no dedicated field to Measurable Outcomes. This would really help to understand if and how my colleagues or myself are driving impactful initiatives to our customers.
