From & Reply to address customization
AnsweredAs a user, I would like to send an email on behalf of all my customer success managers from a "noreply" address, and have replies go to the customer's assigned CSM. This is helpful from a compliance perspective and a use case perspective. It also adds to the personalization aspect of building rapport with customers.

I think this is just what the campaigns functionality does. A process I handle often:
- I compose an email in the campaigns area on behalf of my CSR team. E.g. this.
- I set it up as coming "from" that client's CSR
- The emails go out to the client and "from" that client's CSR
- And, if a client hits reply to that email, it then goes to the CSR's own work email

Hi Luke,
Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I could do it that way, but we also want to "warm up" our "noreply" address and have our customers expect receiving email from the "noreply" address for most emails we send. Not every customer will have a CSR assigned to them, so we need a general address to use as well. There's also an issue around domain matching and having different email domains being used.

Hmmm, the "fallback" options don't work in this case?

I send the email and it comes from the CSR if one is assigned. If not, it comes from the fallback info.
