Our health score is comprised mainly of product usage info. When our customers cancel, they are downgraded to our Free Plan and they still have access to logging in and using the product at a basic level.
On occasion, we have customers who cancel but still continue to use our product on the Free Plan - we would like to reach out to these customers and re-engage them.
Today, you can see health score for cancelled accounts - it would be super helpful if the healths core still calculated for cancelled accounts for the situation mentioned above.
