Do not round numerical values in personalization data

Use case:

One of our data attributes is the number of licenses a customer has. For example, 9,550 licenses gets rounded and formatted to 9.6k. This is not acceptable when we need to provide a customer with an exact number. What if we're referring to a specific dollar transaction amount? 

Expected behavior:

The numerical values should not be rounded or formatted differently. Or, there should be an option on how we want numerical values to be formatted.

  Yes please!  It is very important for us in sending campaigns to be able to send full, unrounded metrics.  It would be very valuable to be able to control the formatting of our numeric attributes, similar to the formatting capabilities of currency attributes.  We are currently able to work around this by creating duplicate "text" type attributes, but the duplicative work and mapping is very time consuming, not to mention, having duplicate attributes in the system can be very confusing for our users.
