One of our biggest limitations is the inability to track when a role value, such as Success Manager, has changed. We want to be able to track when the value changes from null to value and also when a role changes from one value to another value and also have the option to report on "days in" the current value (ie. in the last, over X, etc.)
Right now, it's difficult to identify which customers were previously in our Tech Touch segment but have since upgrade to qualify for a named CSM. This functionality would also allow us to alert customers when/if their accounts shifts ownership. I swear I've seen this request but am unable to locate in the community - please let me know if this request already exists and should be consolidate elsewhere!
