Ability to add targeted customers or users to an enabled campaign.  Currently, end users must disable and recreate the campaign.

  Kim, what's the issue with disabling, updating the segment, and enabling the campaign again? The flow requires a little bit of caution and intentionally requires the user to do some due diligence before sending emails.
