Campaigns - Add option for "Exactly X Days Ago"

My understanding is that to achieve this currently, you need to use the "Between X-Y days ago" filter, but that isn't very intuitive for the end user.  For example, if you want a campaign to be sent to a user if an event is triggered exactly 7 days ago, fsetting the campaign to "Between 6-8 days ago" makes it seem like it will pull any event that occurred 6, 7, or 8 days ago.

  Kim, there is a particular reason we don't offer this. There may be scenarios where either you have a data failure or some other event that may cause you to miss this period and result in something not firing because it did not meet the criteria. I would recommend using a range to ensure that you have a guarantee of accomplishing the activity.

  Do you have a use case where targeting something either at 6 or 8 days instead of 7 days could be a problem?
