Update Text Attribute for Forms

We like the idea of being able to use forms but haven't had success with it because of the text attribute field. When you fill out an open text attribute other responses below populate and users then feel like they need to select an option below. Since the text field is meant to be unique every time, we'd like for the suggestions to not populate in the UI below the field. As more and more users fill out the same field, the suggestions get unwieldy. The user experience for this is confusing. If we want a drop-down selection field, we will just use that instead.
