Integrating Zohodesk to Totango

We are looking to bring ticket information's from Zoho Desk such as Ticket ID, Subject, Response time, Resolution time, Escalations, etc.

 

Currently we are manually bringing this data through imports as a collection and would like to automate this.

  Hi ,

  Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk are in our roadmap for 2021. We have started to develop a Zoho CRM data connector and after that we will start developing a Zoho Desk data connector.
