I would like to have the ability to remove some of the default attributes in Totango APP in Zendesk.
It will also be nice to have the ability to set the order of the default fields and mix it with the custom fields. For example: to have an option to have all the customer's team list together- CSM, account owner, TAM, etc
We do not utilizing those attributed in Totango, so they have no value and just confuse the Zendesk user.
We specifically would like to remove:
- Engagement Score,
- Usage Frequency
- Account Created
