As of today when applying a filter in areas like Work, Timeline, and Agenda, the system doesn't narrow down the list of results to solely those that meet the criteria -- it still surfaces accounts where the criteria are not met and says, "There are no events for this account". This limits efficiency and productivity when wanting to quickly filter down by SuccessFlow, for example, to only show customers that are targeted by an active SuccessFlow. This is especially challenging for CSMs who have a large customer base and need to scroll through the full list to identify those that meet the filtering criteria.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm referring to, where I'd like to see only accounts with an Onboarding SuccessFlow Task open yet the first result (and many there after) do not fit this criteria:
