Filtering on Work, Timeline, and Agenda, etc.

As of today when applying a filter in areas like Work, Timeline, and Agenda, the system doesn't narrow down the list of results to solely those that meet the criteria -- it still surfaces accounts where the criteria are not met and says, "There are no events for this account". This limits efficiency and productivity when wanting to quickly filter down by SuccessFlow, for example, to only show customers that are targeted by an active SuccessFlow. This is especially challenging for CSMs who have a large customer base and need to scroll through the full list to identify those that meet the filtering criteria.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm referring to, where I'd like to see only accounts with an Onboarding SuccessFlow Task open yet the first result (and many there after) do not fit this criteria:

I agree. If accounts populate that don't meet the filtering criteria, it's defeating the functionality's purpose? Is this intended behavior?

The segment criteria determine the list of customers in the segment and all other tabs. I see your point, but currently, there is no further filtering to remove accounts that don't have tasks, or the timeline is empty..

Maybe we can add another "navigator" or another filter to show accounts that don't have values on those tabs.

Hi Vijay! Yes, to reduce the number of clicks and maximize these views, it would be ideal if the team could exclude accounts where no results (tasks/touchpoints) exist. Thank you!
