Ability to Re-Order SuccessFlows

Newly-created SuccessFlows are placed at the bottom of the list of My Portfolio event type filters based on creation date. This creates a poor user experience.

Enhancement request: in Global Settings >> Customer Engagement >> SuccessFlows, add the ability to drag and drop the order, same as can be done with Health profiles in Health Designer.

  This would be helpful for our team as well, as we have some SuccessFlows which are intended to be used by CS Ops while others, for other Totango users, should be ordered at the top of the list.
