Dynamic Value Metrics
The value metrics are great, but not all customers are the same and therefore it'd be great to have a way to have dynamic custom metrics based on an account attribute.
So you could say, if Account type is Customer and has Attribute X, then use fields A, B, and C. If they have attribute Y, then use B, D, and E.
Just allows for a higher level of customization and more relevant information to the CSM/account team..
