We have run into an issue in running campaigns when CSMs are out of the office. The emails look very real, so it is disorienting for customers to receive an email from their CSM and then receive an out of office message in response.
We would like a way for Totango users to indicate themselves as "out of office," with the ability to block any outgoing campaign emails for "out of office" users. Ideally, updating the out of office status would be something individual users could do themselves within their account.
