Styling NPS and CSAT surveys

It'd be great to have the ability to style the NPS and CSAT pages, similar to the unsubscribe and resubscribe pages.  What's there right now applies the logo, but that seems to be it.

  Jim your timing couldn't have been more perfect! We are launching the new campaign designer tomorrow. Look out for it. 

  With the new Designer, you can customize it as you wish. It still has the same interactions with a score and a comment but the email can be customized.
