Enhancing Engagement Reporting in Campaigns

In its current state, the "engagement" statistics for campaigns are not useful considering it lump unsubscribes into its reporting, which is antithetical to engaging. It would be great if Totango campaigns could report on clickthrough rates, reply-to email rates, and unsubscribe rates separately.

  Totango does that already (incl. goal attainment). The visual has been updated for more clarity recently. Please take a look and let us know what else can we do to improve. Thanks!
