Email templates in Touchpoints creation form

Sending emails to external participants from touchpoint creation form is a great way to reduce effort to track activity; however, emails sent from there are "boxy" and customer experience can be significantly impacted. We are looking for a way in which email templates can be added to touch point creation form in order to send nice emails from there :)

  Thanks. By "boxy" do you mean not pretty? Email templates has been requested by other customers and we will look to add that in the future.

  In addition to the general look which is not "pretty", we'd like the ability to add templates for different types of email follow-ups.  This is so that our CSMs have specific options for different needs such as customer personas, etc.
