Segment by Unknown Health

When creating a segment, I cannot choose accounts that have an unknown health.  I need the ability to create a segment of customers that don't have a health profile so i can ensure all my profiles cover all my customers.

  This requirement should be a Must to do for the next release.

  Hi Matt,

  Thanks for the suggestion. I completely understand why you want this functionality and we'll be taking it into consideration for a future release.

  As a short-term solution for ensuring all of your accounts are covered by your health models, you can access this information from within the Health Designer itself.

  Nate, yes, I understand that I can see the ones w/o a heath in the designer, but by having them in a segment, I can add fields and understand why they are not in a segment (and make corrections as needed.
