Generic Email Sender
Can the campaign white labeling feature that is used to manipulate the sender email address for touchpoints be used in such a way so that a certain group of success managers would not send touchpoints from their individual email addresses but instead from a generic email like support@xyz.com?

Hesham,
The purpose of white labeling or domain authentication is to ensure that when Totango sends email on behalf of users from your domain the receiving mail servers don't mark the email as Phishing or Spam. It increases the rate of delivery to the receiver's Inbox..
Do you want replies to go to a common alias? And how does that help?
Thanks
Vijay

Is this on the roadmap this year? We need to be able to set the 'from' email address associated to each CSM to either be the same as their user email or a custom one, like we can for campaigns today. Perhaps this becomes a new user setting?
This would allow the emails from touchpoint to come either directly from the named CSM or for our organization, a SMB CSM pool associated address. The email I would use is a real email address already used for campaigns today. The touchpoint reporting should still be able to tie back to the individual CSM user record for reporting purposes assuming that a user's actual email address is not the only data field to allow a join.
