Touchpoints source

I´m  looking for a way to identiify what´s the source of a touchpoint, i.e. if that´s coming from a task, a campaign or if it´s been created from scratch. Currentñly there is no way to get this information and it will defintely help to track CSM KPI.

  Hi Carlos, 

  The data is available when you are looking on individual touchpoint at the timeline. ARe you looking for a segmentable data ?

  Yes Indeed, looking for segmentable data to run some performance reports. I'm aware this can be verified case by case but that´s not useful for what we need ;)
