Send One Time campaign like a successplay

We have the need to send campaigns as a one off to specific users.  Some times this is a CSM introduction email, sometimes it's a resend of an existing campaign.  Regardless it's a huge pain to go into the campaign, duplicate it, change the audience to a specific user and send it out.

Ideally, much like I can launch specific success plays from the account page, I'd like to have the ability to launch a campaign.  I feel that we should be able to choose specific campaigns to enable this and also made any customizations to the email we want.  The changes would not be saved back to the original campaign.

  Almost like how Outreach emails function? Where there are templates managed by an Admin and users with permission to use certain ones can leverage them with individual users as they see fit? My team would love it and it would make tracking touches so much easier!

  Thanks Matt. Amanda why do you say tracking touches would be so much easier?

  Campaigns track touches and are segment-able today.. you can track Targeted / Opened / Engaged / Unsubscribed / Goal Achieved..

  Love this idea and so would our CSMs!  To date, my attempts for greater adoption of manual successplays for routine emails have been unsuccessful because they want the ability to see/customize the email prior to sending. This would solve it and result in great time savings for our team.

  Hi Vijay, touches would be easier to track because we would use Totango to send the email. Today, we're missing this functionality that Matt suggested so we send communication outside of Totango and rely on integrations.
