User Master Data - Country/Region/TImezone

On a Totango User's profile, you have inputs for Country/Region/Timezone, however these are open text fields.  

Why are these not a drop down to prevent typos and ensure consistency.  For example, you could have US, U.S., USA or United States in this field.  As we do more dynamic segmentation, I want to be able to assign of pool of US based CSMs in the EST time zone to reach out a customer who needs help from Florida.
