Touchpoints - adding domain authentication

    Hey Alan,

    Touchpoint emails automatically use the campaign domain authentication settings if it has been already setup.. Are you not seeing that? If that's the case please contact support.

    Thank you for reaching out. Doh, yes its actually using the domain authentication however the touchpoint is being still sent to the Gsuite promotion tab which is more than likely on the Gsuite side picking up on something in the touchpoint. I'm thinking it's the reply-to causing this to happen <reply-to-touchpoint@totango.com> via sendgrid.net> or the fact the email is HTML / CSS heavy thinking it's a marketing promotion email. 

    I'll send this across to the support team.

    That seems incorrect. It should not be "reply-to-touchpoint@totango.com".. Pls send it to support.
