Customize Contact Widget

I'd like to have the Contact Widget updateable by admins.

The 3 fields that are there right now are nice, but I feel we have more relevant to us fields I'd like to use.  For example, I'd have Name, Phone, Email and last log in date.  This would tell a CSM more relevant information for our purpose.

I accept that if it was customizable, we would be limited to 3-4 fields as the more fields you have, the longer the data load, but need to be able to customize the fields.

  Agreed. It would be super useful to be able to display email address and ph. number for my organization. Limiting this widget to hold only 3 fields is fine, but enabling us to choose which ones would be beneficial.
