Goal achievement within fixed time frame

Is there any option to set a fixed time or time frame for goal achievements?

Specifically, we want to define the absolute timeframe when a user needed to do a certain action as a success criteria.

E.g.: action by user performed within 30 days of sending of campaign email

  Amaia the system automatically tracks goal achievement for 30 days after a user is targeted. If a goal is achieved later that 30 days for e.g 45 days it won't be counted towards the Goal Achieved
