Trigger SuccessPlay on collection segment

Now that webhooks and notifications are available inside SuccessPlays (great job!), it would be very useful to build SuccessPlays on collection segments.

Example use-case: post on Slack or notify the team every time a new collection item is created.

  I agree with this - we are running into a similar restrictions when uloading data into Totango via a collection: We cannot build any success plays on the data, cannot use the campaign feature to run automated outreach based on collection data etc. 

  Similar restrictions currently exist with collection segments. Filters that we want to use to take action on these segments dont work and are only available in account segments (f.ex employee hierarchy filters such as "Direct Report of" cannot be selected on a collection segment)

  I really like the ease with which we can get data uploaded to Totango, but if we can then not take action on it, automate, or build segmentation using this collection data, is is not really useful.
