Email received or bounced information availability
AnsweredWe realized that admin permissions are needed to see the details of campaign statistics.
In particular, we want to show which targeted contacts didn’t get a campaign email as the email was bounced or data was invalid
However, this is not possible without admin permissions.
We would appreciate if our customer success employees can see themselves which of their customer contacts got an emails and who didn’t.
A "Campaign delivered to" filter would be a very useful product enhancement.
