It would be great to be able to open new account tabs within Totango, similar to how Zendesk has tickets tabs

  Hi Kevin,

  Thanks for being part of the Totango community.
  We are looking into several options to let users review account info within the Totango app, opening account tabs is one of them.
  I will keep you updated on it.
