Trigger Successplay based the time in a specific health rank
We have a scenario where we need the CSM to take actions according to the time the customer spent in a specific health rank, for example, if the customer moved from good to poor and was poor for 60 days the CSM should do somehting. The idea is to make sure he's stable in this rank and this is not a one time glitch. (we're aware for the 'Is changed' option but it's not enough)
We currently have about 6 differnet businesss requirements that based on this trigger and can't be implemented. We can think of a workaroung in Salesforce but it requires a big effort. It'll be great if you'll add this option.
