Add plan to a segment

I'd like to be able to add account plan details to a segment. In lieu, I know we can create a new data text field and update the plan in that field so we can add it to a segment and scrap using plan. While nice to look at, not great for using while managing scale.

  Which details ? the plan is very detailed and have few objectives and tasks
