Segment filter on logic "Parent or Child is in segment"

Very often we run into queries like "find all child products of a group of customers that are defined in segment X" or vice versa.  It would be extremely powerful if we can do filter logic like "Parent is in segment" and "Child is in segment".  Right now I have to create customized automation to export a segment into a CSV and process it using my script.

  We have a similar requirement, given that hierarchy is mostly relevant only within our key accounts.  Ideal use case would be to have a segment filter that allows "Parent is in <segment>" and/or "Ultimate Parent is in <segment>".  What we're looking for is something like this.

  Segment: Key Accounts by Contract Value (Contract Value > $X) - private, used only to compose Key Accounts segment

  Segment: Key Accounts by Ultimate Parent (Ultimate Parent in <Key Accounts by MRR>) - private, used only to compose Key Accounts segment

  Segment: Key Accounts (Account in <Key Accounts by MRR>, <Key Accounts by Ultimate Parent>) - public, used for all SuccessPlays, Campaigns, etc.
