SuccessPlay Due Dates based off Attributes

    Hey Kathleen I thought about it some more. Why not trigger the SuccessPlay 85 days or 90 days from the registration date and have your task due date a few days from the trigger? Wouldn't it achieve the same outcome?

    Hey Vijay. Thank you for reaching back out and thinking on this one!  This is how some of our SuccessPlays are currently set up, it works, but the limitation arises when accounts are already 'in flight'. 

    We have a handful of accounts that we registered before creating our SuccessPlays. When the SuccessPlay ran it generated the tasks but not with the appropriate due dates (everything was 90 days out from the date we enabled).  The team had to manually adjust due dates on those 'in flight' accounts.

    I think there are other scenarios this enhancement could be beneficial; renewals for example which is currently a big focus for us.
