    Hi ,

Great feedback. As we would like to pout more controls in the hands of the user of which data he can see, we are planning to enable both for the account widget and the contact widget more customizations to the columns you see.

as per their support, our team would also benefit of this, we are using our own attributes as part of our data integration and we would switch with those instead.

(Note: This Product Wishlist item seems to be equivalent to this other one: Customize Contact Widget – Totango)

If there is work being done to enhance the Contacts widget, the option to Group By contact name/email would improve the UX quite a bit for us.

We have several contacts with multiple distinct account roles and Totango currently treats them as separate and unrelated to each other.

This results in the same one individual name often appearing repeatedly in the widget like below. This also inflates the count of contacts shown in the widget header.

We'd prefer these names for the same one person with the same one email to only appear once, and for the count in the widget header to be aggregated accordingly.

Sean the alternative is to allow multiple roles on the contact which I think is a very valid scenario. That would eliminate the need to group contacts. Would you agree?

I think that's fair, yes. Thanks, Vijay

Resurfacing - we agree!  We'd like the ability to modify the columns that display contacts - for example, custom attribute on relationship "heat map" or if they are a "Community Member"
