Tracking User Replies
If it is possible, it would be fantastic to be able to track whether a user has replied to a campaign email they have received. For example, if a campaign is focusing on the re-engagement of a lapsed user, it would be great to know whether they replied to the email to speak with their CSM. If this is possible, it would be a great metric to have alongside the engagement metric on the campaign overview. i.e. Delivered | Opened | Engaged | Replied.
