-Ability to dial out from Totango

-Auto logging of phone calls as touchpoints like emails

 

Having option similar to ring central intergration with SalesForce where users can dial out from Totango vs copying and pasting phone number. If a dial out occurs from Totango or other, that a phone call is automatically logged as a touchpoint like emails are
