Touchpoints API needs to support line breaks

We've tried to configure the Touchpoints API to allow to include line breaks from our data warehouse tasks we bring in. 

Very basic example our CSM gave us today, as you can imagine though we ask our reps to be more detailed with notes, and when the notes get longer, they get significantly harder to read:

How it's displayed in our data warehouse

TT Brandon
-Discussed X and Y
-Action item Z
-So on and so forth

 

How Totango displays it

TT Brandon-Discussed X and Y-Action item Z-So on and so forth.

  Agreed! The formatting on our email touchpoints is a mess to the point, we go into SFDC to read through email communications.

  Hi.

  The touchpoint API support, sane as the touchpoint text in the UI, HTML language, and therefore you can use </br> for a new line, and more than that, you can send your <ul><li>Item1</li><li>Item 2</li></ul>.

  I think we are talking about supporting the line break character. When importing text with standard ASCII or UTF formatting, Totango seems to be removing these breaks but doesn't do anything with them.
