Touchpoint segments are great to keep track of similar touchpoints across multiple customers. However, accessing touchpoint content would also provide great value. Right now only the touchpoint metadata is accessible in segments, with no way to get to the actual touchpoint content.
Making the content accessible in the segment would be great, but in a first approach linking the actual touchpoint from the segment would also work, as it would be one click away, much better than the current situation.
We keep track of some types of customer feedback through touchpoints. We can build segments out of them, but we have no way to get to actual content without going to account profile page timeline and doing a search / filtering there, a complex and tedious process.
