Include the URL to touchpoints that are created by Email-to-Touchpoints feature in confirmation email.

It would be incredibly valuable to our team if we could have the URL of the created touchpoint included in the confirmation email. As we need to adjust the Successflow assigned to these touchpoints very frequently this would save us a lot of time and make integrating Totango into our day much easier.
