A/B Testing Functionality in Campaigns
This is a request from our Marketing & Product Marketers.
We like to keep our sales and customer success product marketing separate due issues surrounding deliverability. So for sales we use Hubspot, and for CS we'd like to use Totango to A/B test subject lines and campaigns to figure out which campaign has the greatest chance to increase adoption.
Quote from Marketing: "Auto A/B test subject lines is a core functionality for automation programs (they send a small batch, pick a winner, then send the rest with the winning subject line)"
Additionally: "We need to [segment on] who opens + clicks, not just who achieved the stated goal"
The amount of work to coordinate our manual process of A/B testing in Totango is overwhelming. I've had to create 18 individual campaigns where i'll have to follow up with 2 more campaigns once we have determined the optimal campaign.

Update on our A/B testing -- I want to look at the results of all the campaigns we sent in a single successbloc, which as of right now is 23 and counting... So unless there is a way to export all of the campaign data from all of these campaigns that i'm not seeing I have to open 23+ tabs, export 23+ csv, and upload 23 csvs.
If you're wondering why we want to export this data instead of using your UI, it's because we can't evaluate each campaign conveniently within totango. Plus we like to use a B.I. tool to visualize this for our board of directors, who do not have totango licenses.

Yes Keegan what you want sounds like a comprehensive report and is not related to A/B testing... There was another thread on that.. However we are working on a report factory which is offering standardized reports. I can include this report as the next prioritized report. Let me schedule a call with you.
