The Totango Community has been a welcome addition to our ability to collaborate with other customers and with the Totango product team. Kudos on the uptake and engagement in such a short period of time since launching!
Unsurprisingly, the Product Wishlist section is by far the most active, and one thing which stands out to me is that it has become more and more challenging to navigate as time goes by given all of the posts and activity.
Would it be possible to improve this UX and begin applying a status to all of the Product Wishlist posts, perhaps even offer us the ability to filter / segment our results based on those statuses?
This isn't comprehensive, but off the top of my head some potential Product Wishlist post statuses might include:
- New Idea / Not Yet Reviewed
- Under Review by Product Team
- Accepted, On the Roadmap
- Accepted, Under Development
- Developed, In-Testing, Readying for Deployment
- Deployed / Closed
- Rejected / Obsolete
- Duplicate / Merged with another existing request
I'm unsure whether Zendesk allows for this, but I do know it would improve the experience for us overall and would provide valuable insight into whether or not ideas are being explored or addressed.
