We constantly review the effectiveness of our health profiles by checking data of churned accounts as they indicate to us that they would like to cancel. By capturing certain data points at this moment (health rank, engagement, engagement change) we can see what factors we could potentially use as early warning signs for incoming churn.
Currently, Totango doesn't allow us to capture data at a particular moment in time. If we don't get a snapshot of this data through a Zap (which no longer allows us to send these fields), then it's lost and we miss our opportunity to capture that data. Manually entering it into a sheet ourselves is inefficient.
