Provide Details on Campaigns at the Account Level

The new campaign summary view looks great but is not really helpful when trying to understand which contact engaged or viewed. Ideally, we would like to click into each campaign and have the details of delivery, engagement and views. 

 

Additionally, providing a description over the fields would be helpful in understanding what "Engaged" means. 

I do recognize that you can click into a contact and see the following details. However, having to click into each contact to see this is not preferred as you are guessing what contacts were sent campaigns. Also, you are able to see what campaigns were sent to them, but not what campaigns were actually viewed of the sent.

  Hi Danielle, 

  we are looking to add more capabilities around campaigns. starting with the creation and the next phase is the reporting on it .

  Adding some data to the metrics to make sure is clear is a non issue and will be handled.
