Maintain Email Formatting

We would like all emails to maintain the same formatting that appears in Totango. This would be for emails to external contacts, internal contacts and copy to yourself. When I selected for an email to send to myself, the formatting set in Totango did not hold through email.

  Hi Danielle,

  I checked the ticket and it is being addressed.. I agree with your ask but we have noticed sometimes that email clients tend to add their own formatting and we need to see if this is a symptom of that.
