Task Description with Forms

We would like the system to provide details around a task when a form is included. We recently launched a SuccessPlay with one task and that was to complete a form. We provided details in the task as to why the form should be completed and how to think about updates for some of the fields. However, the task details do not show on the Agenda page or the plan page, where a user would go to see their tasks. The explanation for this was that the form is not editable and tasks are editable. However, we are not asking for this task to be editable, we are asking for visibility of the task details in the agenda page and the plan page.
