Prior to Totango, our Team was using Google Docs for their notes. Since implementation, we have received feedback from several Team Members that they would like Touchpoints to act more like a Google Doc that has a rolling scroll vs having to click into each note individually on the account. We recognize this might not be as easy as it seems due to logging Successflows, etc.
At a minimum, it would be helpful to able to take emails out of the timeline view if possible. This might aide in more of a scrolling notes feels like a Google Doc. It would also be nice just to be able to see emails sent to a customer separate from other account notes. We understand that email is a Touchpoint type, but would be great to be able to differentiate in terms of the way we work.
